Maybe the Busiest Three Days of Art Ever in Memphis...

maybe.

here's the rundown, if someone is left out, i apologize.

Thursday night is the MCA grad studios open studios from 6-9.

Thursday through Saturday is the Provo/Athens Italian Renaissance Sculpture Conference at the Brooks Museum.

Friday night is the opening reception for Tommy Kha at VINI from 5-?

Friday there is also the photography conference hosted by MCA and U of M.

Saturday night there is the show at Medicine Factory (see below), Show and Tell at the Cove from 6-8 (bring your cigarettes), the closing reception for Tommy Kha's show at VINI.

And the Botero show at the Brooks has some pretty great paintings in it as does Jed Jackson's show at the Dixon which comes down November 16, so be sure to catch that if you can.
